How it Works
Personal Google Drive link created for you to upload all final wedding documents (10-12 weeks prior)
Initial in-person consultation to discuss all aspects of the wedding (8 weeks prior to wedding)
Review all final vendor contracts
Create a detailed timeline of wedding day and point of contact sheet and distribute to appropriate vendors
Distribute all final payments and gratuities to vendors on wedding day
Up to 12 hours of on-site management by Lead Coordinator (additional hours can be contracted based on your specific wedding needs)
Lead coordinator will reach out to set up initial consultation (10-12 weeks prior to wedding)
Walk-through at site to finalize event flow and set-up (4-6 weeks prior to wedding)
Includes Lead Coordinator plus 1 assistant (additional assistants can be contracted based on your specific wedding needs)
Direction and coordination of ceremony rehearsal, if applicable
Ensure all gifts, cake top, extra programs, personal items, etc. are set up for event and turned over to the designated person at the end of the night
Use of emergency kit (including band aids, mints, deodorant, straws, sewing kit, etc.)
Day-of Wedding Coordination
We are 12-week out day-of wedding coordinators, specializing in South Asian & Multicultural weddings. Our Day of Wedding Coordination Services are perfect for the couple who have planned their wedding on their own but want to make sure the day is seamless and stress-free. Prior to the wedding, we will review all final contracts, develop a detailed wedding day timeline, confirm details and logistics with all vendors, and lead a final walkthrough at your venue(s) with your vendors. On the day of, our team will ensure that all events are running on time, oversee setup and breakdown, cue musicians and other key vendors. You will take pride in knowing that not only you, but your family will be able to relax and enjoy themselves on your Wedding Day.
